Chevon at the Mountaineer

Did you get a chance to try a Chevon (Goat-meat) slider? The meat was raised by a team of Berea students who surveyed their fellow students about interest in seeing goat on the dining menus. BC Dining is always ready to try new products raised on the BC Farm. There was a great deal of buzz and excitement, and the sliders were declared delicious by all who tried them! We will definitely feature Chevon on occasion in the future, and proudly feature college-raisedmeats in the Mountaineer that are Animal Welfare Approved
